3. User-Generated Content and Public Profiles

By posting content to your public Frontyard profile (including photos, list titles, or location reviews), you grant Frontyard a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, display, modify, distribute, and promote that content within the app and related marketing materials.
We may feature publicly shared user content in sponsored lists, event promotions, or community showcases with attribution (e.g., your name or handle), but without additional compensation unless otherwise specified.

If your profile or content is set to private, we will not use it publicly without explicit permission.

4. Sponsored Features, Discounts, and Promotions

From time to time, we may offer users access to sponsored content, events, rewards, or discounts in exchange for participation (e.g., check-ins, referrals, reviews). Participation is always optional.
Promotions may be governed by additional terms which will be clearly disclosed. We are not responsible for third-party sponsor fulfillment of discounts, rewards, or services.

5. Feedback & User Suggestions

Any feedback, ideas, feature requests, or suggestions you submit — whether in-app, by email, or during testing — may be used, implemented, or commercialized by Frontyard without obligation or compensation. By providing such input, you waive any claim to intellectual property rights in it.

6. Ownership of Frontyard Content

All content created by Frontyard, including but not limited to our logos, designs, layout, curated descriptions, and visual identity, are the exclusive property of Frontyard Inc. You may not use, replicate, or distribute this content without written permission.

7. Subscription & Payments

Frontyard may offer paid subscription plans that unlock premium features. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
We may update pricing or billing terms from time to time and will notify you of any changes.
Your subscription may be managed or canceled at any time via your device’s app store or account settings.

We do not store payment information directly — payments are processed securely by third-party providers.

8. Account Creation and Security

Users must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and keeping your information up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or community guidelines.

9. Sharing and Third Parties

We never sell your personal data. We may share it only with:

  • Trusted vendors who help operate our platform (hosting, analytics, customer support)

  • Partners or sponsors, but only when you engage with their features or promotions

  • Law enforcement or regulators when required by law

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or the use of our Website or services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS, conducted in Austin, Texas. You expressly waive the right to file a lawsuit in court or to participate in a class action or representative action.

EACH PARTY AGREES TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO BRING CLAIMS AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding.

The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator, and each party shall be responsible for their own attorneys’ fees. This provision shall survive the termination of this Privacy Policy and your relationship with Frontyard Inc.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
